These terms explain how IELTS Corner lessons and paid services are offered. By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Current services

IELTS Corner currently offers:

• Free lessons and articles: IELTS and CELPIP study content on the site
• Tutoring: live one-to-one lessons
• Writing feedback: paid review of essays, emails, or similar tasks
• Writing score lab: subscription-based writing support tools
• Webinars: scheduled live sessions when offered

2. Free content

The lessons and articles are for personal study use. You may read and use them for your own exam preparation, but you may not republish, resell, or redistribute them as your own material.

3. Tutoring

Tutoring is offered as live one-to-one teaching. Session length, price, and booking details are shown on the site or confirmed directly before payment.

Rescheduling and cancellations:

• When possible, give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
• Late cancellations or missed sessions may not be refundable.
• If a session problem is caused on our side, we will reschedule or correct it appropriately.

4. Writing feedback services

Paid writing feedback is based on the piece you submit and the service described at the time of purchase. Score estimates are teaching judgments, not official test results.

Feedback quality questions should be raised promptly so they can be reviewed fairly. A difference between an estimated score and a later official score is not, by itself, proof of service failure.

5. Writing score lab subscription

The writing score lab is a recurring subscription service. Pricing, billing cycle, and access are shown at checkout.

• You can cancel the subscription through the customer portal.
• If you have trouble canceling, contact us and we will help promptly.
• Cancellation stops future billing according to the payment provider's subscription handling.

6. Webinars and future digital products

Webinar details are posted when sessions are available. If future digital products are sold on the site, their price and any product-specific refund terms will be shown clearly at checkout.

7. Payments and refunds

Payments may be handled through providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or other listed methods. If there is a genuine service problem, contact us quickly so it can be reviewed while the details are still clear.

Refund decisions depend on the service, the delivery status, and the reason for the request. IELTS Corner does not promise refunds for changed plans, unofficial score expectations, or work already delivered in full.

8. No score guarantee

IELTS Corner does not guarantee a specific IELTS, CELPIP, CLB, or band score. Honest teaching can improve your preparation, but results still depend on your level, your effort, your timing, and your test-day performance.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or services for unlawful purposes
• Harass, threaten, or abuse staff or other users
• Attempt to access systems or accounts without permission
• Copy or resell protected site content

10. Liability and changes

IELTS Corner provides educational services and materials, but cannot be responsible for indirect losses, third-party platform outages, or results outside its control. These terms may be updated from time to time, and the updated version will be posted on this page.
