Yes. The lessons are free to read on the site. Paid support is only for students who want direct help such as tutoring, essay correction, or the writing score lab.
Start with the one skill that is lowering your score most. If writing is weak, start with writing. If grammar errors keep appearing, start with one grammar point. The best first step is usually one focused lesson, not five random ones.
There are hundreds of lessons across grammar, vocabulary, writing, and speaking. The goal is not to read everything. The goal is to find the lesson that fixes the problem you have right now.
Most lessons take about 5 to 15 minutes to read, depending on the topic. The stronger approach is to read one lesson carefully, do the interactive task, and only then move to the next page.
Both. Many lessons help both exams because grammar, vocabulary, and sentence control overlap. Some pages are task-specific when the format changes, such as IELTS Writing Task 2 or CELPIP Writing Task 1.
The site covers beginner to advanced levels, even when the grammar point is B2 or C1, the explanation should still be readable for a lower-intermediate learner.
Not yet. Right now the lessons are designed for online study on phone or desktop. If downloadable versions are added later, they will be announced on the site and through the newsletter.
Use tutoring when you need direct feedback, speaking practice, or a study plan for a real deadline.
CA$30 for a 60-minute one-to-one lesson. The lesson is live and focused on the exam skill or score problem you want to fix.
No. No honest teacher can guarantee a score. Test results still depend on your current level, the time you have, your practice habits, and how you perform on the day. What we can do is identify the weak skill and work on it directly.
That depends on the gap between your current score and target score. Some students need a few focused sessions for writing or speaking. Others need a longer plan. The first conversation usually makes that much clearer.
Sometimes. If a small group has a similar level and a similar target, contact us and ask. One-to-one teaching is still the main format because it gives better feedback.
Use writing feedback when you already practice on your own but still do not know why the score stays low.
CA$15 per piece. That is for direct feedback on your writing, not a generic score label.
Usually 24 to 48 hours, and sometimes up to 72 hours during busier periods. If your exam is close, mention the date in your message.
Yes. IELTS Task 1 letters, CELPIP emails, survey responses, and similar writing tasks can all be reviewed.
The writing score lab is better when you want ongoing practice and quick repeated checks. Essay correction is better when you want more direct attention on one piece of writing.
These are the questions people ask when they want to know how the site works overall.
The site is for IELTS and CELPIP students who want clearer teaching, stronger writing and speaking, or a more focused study plan. Some people only use the free lessons. Others add tutoring or writing feedback when they need direct help.
